ATG Entertainment UK is seeking a Deputy to the Venue Director to oversee day-to-day Arena operations for performances, conferences and events. You will manage Customer Experience and Food & Beverage teams within budget and KPI targets, ensuring a first-class visitor experience while upholding safety standards.

The role involves staff recruitment, training, rostering, stock control, and collaboration with Event and Conference teams to support all hires and VIP services.
