New Wimbledon Theatre has been an iconic landmark in Wimbledon Town Centre since 1910. With a yearâround programme of musical theatre, comedy, family entertainment, dance, drama and our legendary annual pantomime, the venue also hosts the Studio where new writers, comedians, directors and producers develop work. It serves as a backdrop for film and television, having hosted productions such as The Crown, Misbehaviour, The Nevers and a Vogue photoshoot with Kylie Minogue.
About the Role
The Deputy Ticketing and Sales Manager supports the Ticketing & Customer Support teams by maximising ticketing revenue for productions through effective inventory management, ensuring sales are at the best possible price, providing administrative support, and delivering a firstâclass customer experience. In this role you will work alongside the Ticketing and Sales Manager to manage the venue's ticketing operation, achieve sales targets, and support our customers' journeys, particularly in terms of accessibility.

- Maximise ticketing revenue by effective inventory management and price optimisation.
- Support sales targets and assist the Ticketing and Sales Manager in venue ticketing operations.
- Provide administrative support to the ticketing and customer support teams.
- Deliver a firstâclass customer experience, including accessibility support.
- Contribute to the longâterm growth strategy of the venue.
