This is a hybrid role based in London (Shaftesbury Avenue), with an expectation of 2 days per week in the office. You’ll report to the Analytics Manager within our Marketing Analytics & Data Science team and work closely with other data professionals as well as stakeholders in CRM, Memberships, Ticketing and Regional Marketing. We are looking for a Data Analyst to join us and help drive business value by delivering insights & recommendations which lead to data‑driven decisions. You will be part of an international, collaborative team focused on the delivery of high quality, high impact work.

In this role you will mainly carry out in‑depth analytics projects, identified through a combination of stakeholder engagement and your own initiative, ranging from customer segmentation to finding opportunities in CRM performance improvement to identifying key early indicators of declining performance in long‑running shows. Additionally, you will coordinate with data scientists to conduct incrementality tests and analysis which will measure the efficacy of model interventions. Analysis & Modelling
  • Use business knowledge and commercial understanding to shape your hypotheses and initial lines of analytical enquiry.
  • Collect and integrate data from a diverse range of sources, ensuring quality and accuracy prior to analysis.
  • Translate business & customer needs into analytics projects, delivering insights that lead to measurable improvement in revenue, efficiency, etc.
  • Conduct analysis on the incrementality of experiments conducted in CRM, Memberships, Marketing etc based on your recommendations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non‑technical audiences using dashboards, data visualisations and storytelling as tools to aid understanding and ensure work lands with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other data professionals in the team to share knowledge and foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.

Essential Technical Skills
  • Degree in a relevant field (data science, mathematics or similar).
  • Able to analyse and optimise marketing campaigns, evaluating performance metrics to drive measurable results.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong with SQL and data warehousing experience.
  • Python for EDA and advanced data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with a BI visualisation tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management & effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset to link recommendations back to business goals.
  • An innate curiosity for technology and data.
Desirable
  • Experience within a data role, preferably within CRM, Customer or Marketing analytics.
  • Prior use of our technology stack: Snowflake, Power BI, GitHub, Iterable, dbt.
  • Experience building dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with using Python for modelling and machine learning.
  • Experience using experimentation frameworks (causal inference, A/B testing, etc).
