Overview We are looking for a talented Senior Designer with a passion for digital media, graphic design, photography, typography, and a love of vintage and antiques.
The Senior Designer will help create beautiful, integrated, and effective designs for all ATG brands, with a primary focus on Chairish, Live Auctioneers, and Proxibid.
This role will work with the Senior Creative Director to concept, execute, and produce a wide range of digital and print projects.
The Senior Designer will take ownership of graphic production, documentation, and file management.
This is a full-time remote position, or hybrid if within 60 miles of New York City.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities Create visual assets for digital channels: Homepages, landing pages, email marketing, social media assets, etc Design and oversee production of printed marketing projects Apply industry best practices and established brand style guides to assignments Participate in project brainstorming and concept development Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, and visually engaging Partner with engineering, production, and product teams to maintain high visual standards Present multiple solutions per project Manage timing and deliverables for project work Must be able to handle a number of projects simultaneously Present creative to business partners Take project from inception through production Key Requirements Qualifications BFA in Graphic Design, and a minimum of 5 years work experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Powerpoint, expert knowledge of Photoshop Familiarity with Monday. com preferred Knowledge of digital optimization across devices Familiarity with CSS, HTML and web typography (Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, etc.)Experience designing with responsive grids for mobile, tablet and desktop Eye for detail and passion for typography Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with an ability to self-direct and work independently Positive working attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mentality Ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of colleagues Knowledge of UX design, AI tools, and technology trends Solid presentation skills Prior experience with a home décor, fashion, or beauty brand preferred Auction Technology Group is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
