We are seeking a Product Manager to join the ATG team.

The Product Manager will report to the Director of Product for the Seller & Platforms team.

This role will have direct ownership of the core functionality and support of one of our major platforms, including requirements definition, roadmap planning, execution, and rollout.

The product manager is intellectually curious, an excellent communicator, understands the importance of data informed decision making and comfortable with rapidly advancing technology.

We are looking for a candidate based in either the UK or in Mexico.

Given the nature of the role, we are also looking for someone who will be open to flexible working hours to accommodate and support collaboration across our US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director of Product in developing and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy and vision
  • Identify and break down epics into fully elaborated stories for the team
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritization based on business priorities and inter-team dependencies
  • Partner closely with product managers across the organization to understand dependencies, understand how your work fits within the broader strategy, and drive your team’s prioritization based on a variety of factors.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and account management, to understand client needs and find solutions.
  • Develop detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Identify opportunities within the core platform for both buyers and sellers, especially focused on features and functionality that impacts both users
  • Oversee all stages of product creation including design, development and go to market
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
  • Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
  • Lead scrum meetings and product sprints
  • Work closely with engineering manager and technical lead to lead the team and execute effectively
  • Validate acceptance criteria and accept completed work
  • Work with Engineers in continuous delivery using agile processes to deliver improvements and value to users
  • Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager managing a complex technology product; experience with marketplaces would be advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (MBA would be advantageous)
  • Experience with tech products across multiple platforms, including mobile web and apps.
  • Willingness to iterate rapidly.
  • Strong comfort with a dynamic, high growth environment.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent with data analysis, using it to drive prioritization decisions and find opportunities.

  • Proven skills at developing close relationships with engineering and design peers.
  • Orientation to invite other area owners' expertise on product work.
