Job Description
What will your responsibilities be?
- Customer Meetings & Coordination: Represent the manufacturer in daily/weekly meetings with customers to address material needs, failures, replacements, and documentation updates.
- Material Surveillance & Availability: Monitor and anticipate spares needs to ensure fleet availability. Liaise with customers and the central order desk for proactive updates.
- Technical & Commercial Support: Validate material requests by reviewing maintenance documentation. Support the Central Team in commercial/technical assessments.
- Reporting & Prioritization: Prepare reports on Materiel Services activities and orderbook analysis (Spares & Repairs). Escalate critical items, backlogs, grounded A/C, and quality issues.
- IT Systems & Logistics: Update manufacturer/customer IT systems for material tracking. Manage demand forecasts and support IPLs, material orders, and spares inspections.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years in services, supply chain, operations, logistics, quality, or material support.
- Spanish: Native level.
- Desirable:
- 1+ year in aeronautical field, preferably in maintenance (monitoring plans, manuals interpretation).
- 6+ months in aeronautical logistics.
