The performance will be assessed based on timeliness, quality, and cost efficiency.Responsabilities:WIP Validation & Recovery Planning: Ensure the accuracy of Work-In-Progress (WIP) data provided by suppliers aligns with delivery commitments. In case of discrepancies, analyze root causes and co-develop corrective action plans with suppliers. If WIP data is missing, establish detailed tracking plans with the supplier.Production Flow Monitoring: Verify that actual production rates at each process step match delivery commitments. Where gaps exist, analyze and implement corrective actions. If production data is unavailable, develop appropriate performance indicators with the supplier.Risk & Event Management: Identify and track all events impacting recovery plans (e.g., deviations, DVI/FAI, subcontracting approvals). Coordinate follow-up actions with suppliers and Safran stakeholders.Performance Analysis & KPI Development: Assist suppliers in measuring and analyzing production flows.
