Building Manager - BTR

The role will involve overseeing the letting of vacant properties and ensuring exceptional service to all customers within the designated portfolio.
You\’ll be the main point of contact for clients, building strong, lasting relationships and working to ensure that each property is leased swiftly to minimize rental income loss.
You\’ll also manage estate services and void maintenance to the highest standards, collaborating with external managing agents when required, overseeing repairs, attending viewings and handling tenancy related issues or breaches as they arise.
