Nightshifts UK CONTRACT

Pay Rates: £12.70 per hour for 3 Nightshifts per week.

Accommodation Costs:

  • Small room: £110 per week (inclusive of all bills)
  • Standard room: £125 per week (inclusive of all bills)

Deposit: A deposit of two weeks’ rent is required.

Location: Barton On Sea, UK

Job Role: Care Assistant in a residential care home on the South of England - Barton on Sea, Seafront. 30 Minutes away from Southampton & Bournemouth each way.

The job will require the candidate to provide personal care with additional duties such as light cleaning, laundry, activities, and food preparation. The care home is a small, family-run business with only a few residents needing care. The care home does not take on any challenging cases and most of the patients have mild to moderate Dementia and Parkinson's Disease. There will be 3 carers on duty during the day and 2 at night.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum preparation: Secondary vocational school / certificate
  • Language skills: English language

Documents required:

  • EU SETTLEMENT PAPERS: Right to work confirmation; Duration of Application: 2-6 months
  • DBS: Criminal record check; Duration of Application: 1-3 days
  • REFERENCES: A letter of recommendation by your last 2 recent employers; Duration of Application: based on how quickly previous employer can send
  • SHARECODE: A code given to the candidate who already holds an EU Settlement status; Duration of Application: 5 minutes
  • VALID PASSPORT: An official document that allows you to travel outside of the EU; Duration of Application: 2-4 weeks

To be eligible to work in the UK:

  • OPTION 1 - EU SETTLEMENT SCHEME: Confirmation of your eligibility to live and work in the UK - settlement or pre-settlement, work permit after Brexit
  • OPTION 2 - EU & NON EU CITIZEN APPLYING FOR UK VISA: Valid passport/ID Card, English Certificate B1 level at least, Certificate of sponsorship by employer, Evidence they are able to support themselves in the UK, Certificate from sponsor proving they can support you, Health care worker SOC code - 6145/2231, Tuberculosis test result, if from a listed country
  • OPTION 3 - HOMES FOR UKRAINE SCHEME: A valid passport/Ukrainian ID Card, A combination of documents - Photo drivers license and birth certificate, A letter of sponsorship
