The Role

As a key member of our Pedagogy Business Unit, you will serve as the Joinery-Furniture Making/Trainer for Sanitary and plumbing. Your primary focus will be adapting and translating our content to deliver high-quality training programs for aspiring professional plumbers in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instructional Design & Project Management: Design and structure comprehensive learning pathways (curricula, resources, assessments). Ensure the overall consistency and quality of content, both in substance and presentation. Document and brief the sales and support teams on the specificities of the training program.
  • Content Creation & Production: Produce multi-channel resources: scriptwriting, graphic creation, and proofreading. Be the face of the program: Perform technical plumbing demonstrations (installations, maintenance, repairs) and present educational content on camera.
  • Expertise & Networking: Act as the lead plumbing expert for the pedagogical teams. Build and manage a network of experts: engage suppliers, professional partners, and external assessors to enrich the curriculum.

This role is for you if...

  • You are completely fluent in English.
  • You have at least 7 to 10 years of professional Joinery/Furniture Making experience and a perfect mastery of core techniques in the UK market.
  • You have experience in a trainer and/or lecturer position.
  • You have a deep understanding of the professional plumbing ecosystem in the UK market.
  • You can interpret professional standards/qualifications and want to apply your skills in a new way.
  • You are skilled at managing professional networks and sharing your knowledge with patience, empathy, and strong pedagogical skills.
  • You are tech-friendly and comfortable with digital tools.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.

Contract: Freelance

Duration: 4 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension

Flexibility: Full remote work from the UK, with regular travel to our Paris headquarters required
