Atelier001 is seeking a digital brand and asset manager to join its fantastic team in Notting Hill, London. Atelier001 is a British design house producing luxury lighting and interior objects. Defined by exceptional artisanship, innovation and timeless elegance, our pieces are made in London by skilled artisans using the finest materials. As the brand continues to experience exciting international growth, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven individual to oversee and manage all digital brand assets across the studio.
This candidate will be responsible for maintaining and deploying all visual content across digital and branded touchpoints. Working with externally produced photography and campaign imagery, you will organise, format and manage assets across the website, social media platforms, catalogues, presentations and all materials where the Atelier001 brand appears. You will act as custodian of the visual identity, ensuring consistency, accuracy and high presentation standards at all times. You will get to collaborate with both our sales and design team facilitating a visual translation of the exciting ongoings at the studio, gallery and workshop. The position is in-house at our London studio in Notting Hill.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organise the central digital asset library
- Maintain photography, product imagery and campaign assets
- Edit, polish and ready images for the various channels
- Manage catalogues, presentations, tear sheets and logo files
- Maintain clear file structures and naming conventions
- Implement version control across all assets
- Optimise images and files for web, social media, email and print
- Upload and maintain product listings on the website
- Ensure visual consistency across the website and digital platforms
- Produce copy as and where required
- Prepare and schedule social media posts using pre-produced imagery
- Maintain the social media content calendar
- Monitor brand presentation across all digital channels
- Create and update catalogue tear sheets and product sheets
- Prepare presentations and branded documents
- Ensure correct logo usage and brand alignment
- Support product launches and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate asset delivery with marketing and product teams
- Proactively make process improvements as and where possible
Skills and requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Experience managing digital asset libraries
- Strong file organisation and asset management skills
- Experience working with CMS or e-commerce platforms
- Understanding of digital image optimisation and formatting
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Three or more years’ experience in a similar digital, brand or asset management role
- Excellent written and spoken English
