The Role
We seek a proactive, technically skilled candidate to lead projects, manage clients, and grow our team. As an Associate, you will deliver environmentally responsive buildings, lead projects, and mentor junior staff. You will work on various projects, especially cultural, educational, and low-carbon buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead acoustic projects from concept to completion, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure technical quality, compliance, and performance of design outputs
- Develop and review design deliverables such as models, drawings, and reports
- Promote sustainable and climate-positive design outcomes
- Mentor and lead team members, supporting their development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and industry presence
Candidate Profile
- At least eight years of experience in a design consultancy or engineering practice
