About the Role
This job is for a BREEAM Specialist in a permanent position based in our Glasgow or Edinburgh office. You will work within your project team at Atelier Ten to support the team on BREEAM and Home Quality Mark assessments, which includes analysing feasibility of specific credits as well as managing the overall documentation process and certification.
About You
You have a numerate degree in sustainability, environmental, architecture, or a similar field, and some professional experience. You are proactive, self‑motivated with an appreciation and willingness to learn on multiple projects. If you get excited about learning new things, innovation and enjoy sharing your skills and knowledge across our company this is your chance to help shape the growth of our influential brand.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in a field related to sustainability and environmental building design.
- Qualified BREEAM assessor.
- Ideally BREEAM AP accreditation (training will be provided for this if not already qualified).
- Knowledge of other certification schemes, such as the WELL Building Standard, LEED, etc.
- Experience of guiding design teams to achieve BREEAM or other schemes’ target ratings and assessing the project for certification.
- Knowledge/experience of embodied carbon LCA assessments.
- 0‑4 years’ professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
