Atelier Printworks is seeking a Digital Customer Service Assistant for a part-time role in Edinburgh (Newhaven), Hybrid.
You will bridge customers with print partners, resolving order issues quickly and professionally while coordinating with fulfilment partners.
You'll handle inbound emails, occasionally calls, and work with Shopify and Etsy to look up orders and update statuses.
