UI UX Trainer

Position Type: UI UX Trainer

Working Hours: 09 to 05

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting training (preferred).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach effectively to a diverse audience.
• A passion for teaching and helping others succeed in the field of design.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on UI/UX design principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Develop course materials, lesson plans, and practical assignments to suit the curriculum.
• Guide and mentor students on project work and portfolio creation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design and incorporate them into the training.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their skills and understanding.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate students\’ progress regularly.
• Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
