As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll provide advice and support across a wide range of housing enquiries. Whether you're helping someone with their rent, supporting a housing application, arranging important safety appointments or guiding customers through difficult situations, no two days are the same.
We're looking for someone who communicates with empathy, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys finding solutions. Experience advising and supporting customers is essential, and speaking Welsh would be an advantage.
