ATCS is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Site/Civil (Land Development) Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team in Largo, MD. This role offers a hybrid work environment with some onsite requirements. You will play a critical role in our operations, requiring flexibility and a team-oriented attitude with increasing management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Mentoring and providing technical guidance to the project team
- Ensuring quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Developing innovative land development design solutions
- Negotiating scopes, fees, billing, and collections
- Maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication
- Managing diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial developments
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering
- Professional Registration (P.E.) in Virginia, DC, and/or Maryland
- 10+ years of land development design experience
- 5+ years of project management experience is a plus
- Self-starter eager to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationships with developers, attorneys, land planners, and architects
- Knowledge of state and municipal design and development processes
- Effective interaction with municipal approval authorities
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and SWM H&H Routing/Modeling
- Experience in Virginia, DC, or Maryland, especially Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Prince Georgeβs, Anne Arundel, or Montgomery Counties
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $99,000 to $148,500 annually, commensurate with experience. Eligible for an annual bonus (target 2%). Benefits include PTO, holiday PTO, community involvement PTO, customizable medical plans, dental & vision, 401K with up to 3% match, parental leave, STD & LTD, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance, and more. Full benefits start on the first day of the month following employment.
