Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative technical land development design solutions compliant with local, state, and federal regulations
- Ensure quality deliverables are on-time and within budget
- Collaborate with a team of industry professionals
- Design diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial developments
- Support business development efforts, including proposal strategy and marketing
- Hire and mentor Site/Civil Engineers at various levels
- Coordinate with other ATCS offices to align goals and share resources for multi-disciplinary projects
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering
- MD Professional licensure required
- 15+ years of experience in land development projects (commercial, residential, industrial, retail)
- Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D
- Leadership experience in team management and mentoring
- Strong network with private-sector developers, landowners, and local agencies in Maryland
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. We offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $203,500 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The role includes an annual management bonus targeting 10% of salary.
