As Hire Desk Coordinator, you'll:
- Inventory Tracking
- Coordinate with logistics, technical, and projects departments.
- Assist in refining processes to boost desk efficiency and service quality.
- Strong administrative capability: order processing, documentation management.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with rental or inventory systems is a bonus.
- Either technical or industry background in AV, events, or equipment hire.
- Flexible to accommodate periods of peak workload.
