ATC is a progressive, independent, full-service music company. We represent the businesses of 800+ artists across management, live touring, merchandise, e-commerce, live streaming, promotions, and brands. We are looking for a Full-Time Artist Management Assistant to join our team.

The candidate will act as the central hub for daily operations for an artist's career, handling schedules, communications, and logistics including tours, releases, and marketing, acting as the main liaison between the artist, labels, agents, and other professionals, and managing digital presence and finances to ensure smooth and strategic career growth.

Core Responsibilities
  • Scheduling & Logistics: Managing diaries, booking travel, arranging studio/rehearsal times, and ensuring the artist is prepared for all engagements.
  • Creative Support: Assisting with artistic endeavours, from overseeing recording sessions to developing concepts for visuals.
  • Film Score Management: Booking players and studios, building a composer’s team and managing budgets, timelines, press requests and cue sheets.
  • Communication: Serving as contact for labels, publishers, agents, PR, brands, and other third parties, filtering information for the artist.
  • Campaign & Project Management: Assisting with planning and executing global release schedules, marketing, press, and touring initiatives.
  • Digital & Brand Management: Overseeing social media, online presence, content creation, and supporting brand activities (film, fashion).
  • Financial Oversight: Handling budgeting, invoicing, payments, and ensuring financial planning aligns with career goals.
  • Artist Representation: Acting as the artist's representative on location, at events, photo shoots, and ensuring their needs are met.

  • Liaising with booking agents for tours and live shows.
  • Coordinating with PR teams for media and publicity.
  • Working with digital teams on streaming strategies and social media.
  • Managing travel logistics, visas, and accommodation.
  • Developing and tracking performance for marketing campaigns.
  • Representing the artist in meetings with industry professionals.
  • Booking studios and session musicians for film and artist projects.
  • Managing PRS & PPL registrations for artist releases and film scores.
  • Running artist schedules.
  • Running budgets for tours, albums and other projects.
