The Role
You want to take ownership, work hands-on, and make sure operations run smoothly end to end? Join our warehouse operations team and become a true all-rounder in a small, highly collaborative setup. In this role, everyone understands the full picture—from inbound to outbound, from stock accuracy to supporting technical operations. While your main focus is warehousing and logistics, you will occasionally support deliveries to data centers and assist on-site with basic installation or operational tasks. Flexibility, reliability and team spirit are key. Please note this is a 12 month FTC.
Responsibilities
- Carry out inbound, outbound and internal warehouse operations in line with defined processes and daily priorities.
- Maintain accurate inventory through correct system bookings, stock counts and general inventory control.
- Adapt to changing operational needs by switching between tasks such as picking, packing, staging, checks and basic admin work.
- Follow established procedures and uphold high quality, safety and data‑center‑level standards.
- Complete required documentation, checklists and simple reports related to daily warehouse activities.
- Support data center logistics by delivering parts/equipment to local sites and assisting with unpacking, positioning and basic installation tasks under guidance.
- Ensure smooth operational flow by providing flexible support across warehouse and logistics functions.
- Contribute to overall efficiency through reliable task execution and adherence to process expectations.
About you
- Practical experience in warehouse, logistics or operational environments.
- Comfortable working in a small, dynamic setup where tasks can change daily.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to work accurately and reliably.
- Confidence working with a WMS (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office / Teams.
- Willing to do physical work and follow strict safety and quality rules.
- Open to occasional site visits to data centers.
- Driving licence (Class B) required.
- Good English required; German is a plus.
- Forklift licence or technical affinity is an advantage.
