The Role

The Service Delivery Leadis responsible forassistingthe Key Account Manager by managing the day-to-day aspects of key client accounts.
This role ensures smooth operations, provides expert support, manages project timelines, and resolves issues.
Responsibilities
- Support the Key Account Manager in delivering smooth account operations andmaintainingstrong client relationships
- Act as a key operational point of contact, providing expert guidance and support to customers
- Oversee day-to-day account operations to ensure seamless service and product delivery
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Commercial, and cross-functional teams to meet client requirements
- Proactively manage and resolve operational issues tominimizedisruption andmaintaincustomer satisfaction
- Coordinate and track projects, ensuringtimelydelivery within scope and agreed objectives
- Provide operational insights andexpertiseto help customersmaximizethe value of services
- Monitor, report, andpresent onkey operational metrics (e. g. rack counts, OTD, issue resolution), whileidentifyingopportunities for continuous process improvement.
About You
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred, but not essential.
- Experience: Experience in account management, client services, ora related fieldisdesirable but notrequired.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and align with customer businessobjectives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and support business growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations effectively
