This role requires a highly motivated, hands-on individual ready to take ownership in a fast-paced operational environment. The Warehouse & Operations Supervisor will support and lead warehouse and data centre logistics activities. Responsibilities include:
- Central Point of Contact: Act as the main contact person for internal team members and external service providers, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across warehouse and datacentre operations.
- Administrative Coordination: Support the administrative management of operational information and documentation, collaborating across teams on organizational and operational topics.
- Process Control & Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, internal flows), coordinate logistics activities related to datacentre operations, and ensure processes are executed in line with defined procedures and priorities.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team and operational performance using relevant KPIs (e.g. productivity, accuracy, service levels), identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to optimize workflows.
- Training & Team Development: Take responsibility for the training, instruction, and onboarding of new employees, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Operational & Data Centre Support: Ensure high standards in warehouse execution, inventory accuracy, and system bookings, oversee documentation, reporting, and checklist completion, and support and coordinate datacentre logistic tasks.
Your profile includes completed training in logistics, warehouse operations, or a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience. You should have first leadership experience in logistics or operational environments, a strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics KPIs, and a hands-on mindset. Experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel) is required, along with strong organizational skills, team spirit, and a proactive approach. A high awareness of safety, quality, and process compliance is essential, as well as a willingness to work shifts if required and support datacentre operations on-site when needed. A driving licence (Class B) and good English are required; additional languages are a plus.
The remunerating package, including salary and benefits, is negotiable depending on experience and may include a competitive market salary, AIG Virtual Care Programme, Employee Assistance Programme, and opportunities for continuing professional development.
