We're partnered with a fast-growing FinTech building a global financial platform, looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help shape the next generation of identity and access management across the business.
This is a high-impact role with significant ownership, working on business-critical systems used across a global platform.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and building large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems
- Developing authentication, authorisation, and access control services
- Driving architecture and technical direction across critical platform services
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
- Improving engineering standards, testing, and CI/CD practices
- Mentoring engineers and helping shape technical best practices
What They're Looking For
- Strong software engineering background (7+ years)
- Experience building IAM, authentication, or authorisation platforms
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, or similar
- Experience designing distributed systems and scalable backend services
- Background within FinTech or financial services
- Engineers who enjoy owning complex technical problems end-to-end
