We’re partnering with a fast-scaling FinTech on a mission to build a world-class global platform — and they’re investing heavily in the infrastructure that powers it. As a Platform / DevOps Engineer, you’ll help design, build, and run the systems behind products used by millions of customers worldwide. You’ll work closely with developers to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure that lets the business move faster with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Architect, build, and operate distributed systems in AWS.
  • Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters at scale.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform.
  • Write clean, production-ready code (Python preferred, but language-flexible).
  • Drive improvements in monitoring, observability, and incident response.
  • Automate wherever possible to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
  • Collaborate on architectural decisions shaping the future of the platform.

What You’ll Bring

  • Deep, hands‑on experience with AWS.
  • Strong coding skills — ideally Python, but open to others.
  • Solid experience using Terraform for large-scale IaC.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly across teams.

Why This Role

You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment — scaling globally, modernising infrastructure, and building the foundation for the company’s next stage of growth. Expect autonomy, real influence, and the chance to work with engineers who value clean systems, automation, and impact over red tape.

If you’re a Platform / DevOps Engineer who loves building scalable cloud platforms and wants to make a mark in a global FinTech, we’d love to hear from you.
