Bishop’s Stortford (London move planned in the next 6 – 12 months). We’re a newly founded business that’s already establishing a presence in the market, and with increasing client demand we’re now looking to add ambitious people to the team as we scale.

What you’ll be doing
- Building a deep understanding of your market and carving out your own niche
- Headhunting high-quality engineering talent for companies ranging from early-stage startups to large, established organisations
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive, relationship-led activity
- Being coached closely with regular feedback, rather than being left to work it out alone
