We're partnered with a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company preparing for its next stage of growth. Having built strong commercial traction, secured backing from leading investors, and grown to around 50 employees, they're now looking to hire their first dedicated Talent Partner to help scale the business through its next chapter.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning hiring across technical and business functions
  • Building and executing sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent
  • Partnering directly with founders and hiring managers
  • Designing and improving recruiting processes as the company scales
  • Building talent pipelines ahead of future hiring demand
  • Helping shape the people and hiring function from the ground up

What they’re looking for:

  • 4-6 years of in-house recruiting experience
  • Experience within fast-growing Series A or Series B startups
  • Strong outbound sourcing and headhunting ability
  • Experience scaling teams during periods of rapid growth
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a high-ownership environment
  • Someone who enjoys building rather than inheriting processes
