What you’ll be doing:
- Owning hiring across technical and business functions
- Building and executing sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent
- Partnering directly with founders and hiring managers
- Designing and improving recruiting processes as the company scales
- Building talent pipelines ahead of future hiring demand
- Helping shape the people and hiring function from the ground up
