We’re working with an early-stage startup building AI voice agents used by real businesses (not demos). This is a true founding engineer role — you’ll have a direct hand in shaping the product, architecture, and how the company builds from day one.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building core product features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
  • Working directly with customers to understand real problems and ship solutions
  • Moving fast where needed, but knowing when to slow down and build properly
  • Setting the standard across testing, reliability, and security from the ground up

Tech:

  • Python, TypeScript
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Event-driven systems
  • Third-party integrations

Why it’s worth a conversation:

  • Proper 0→1 environment — no legacy, no baggage
  • High ownership — your decisions actually matter
  • Real-world AI use cases (voice, customers, revenue), not slideware
