We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing streaming business that delivers live content to global audiences. As part of their ongoing investment in engineering, they’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help scale, secure, and support their infrastructure.

You’ll join a small, high-performing team that owns everything from cloud to containerisation, and plays a crucial role in keeping services stable, fast, and scalable.

The Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll work across a modern, hybrid infrastructure, driving improvements to reliability, automation, and scalability.

You’ll be hands-on with:

  • Building and maintaining cloud infrastructure in AWS
  • Managing Kubernetes clusters (cloud and on-prem)
  • Writing and maintaining infrastructure as code using Terraform
  • Supporting CI/CD pipelines and improving release workflows
  • Contributing to monitoring, alerting, and system resilience
  • Collaborating closely with software engineers and SREs

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in high-uptime environments where performance and reliability really matter.

Tech Stack

Cloud: AWS (EC2, EKS, IAM, VPC, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)

Containers: Kubernetes, Helm

IaC: Terraform

CI/CD: GitHub Actions / similar

Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK (or similar)

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
  • Experience managing and automating cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to support and evolve DevOps practices in a production setting
  • Strong scripting or automation skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership

Hybrid: 2 days per week in the London office
