We’re partnered with a fast-scaling AI company building infrastructure powering real-time voice AI at scale. They’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help evolve the core backend platform, focused on scalability, reliability, and performance across real-time AI systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and scaling backend platform services powering real-time AI products
- Breaking down monolithic systems into high-performance distributed services
- Improving observability, deployment processes, and platform reliability
- Working across LLM, speech, and telephony infrastructure
- Optimising systems for low latency and high throughput workloads
- Improving internal tooling and overall developer experience
What They’re Looking For:
- 5+ years backend engineering experience
- Strong Python engineering background with some Go experience
- Experience building distributed systems and microservices
- Comfortable working on performance-critical, real-time systems
- Experience decomposing monolithic architectures
- Strong fundamentals around system design, scalability, and reliability
