- What You'll Be Doing
- Building AI-powered product features used by customers every day
- Developing agentic workflows using modern LLM frameworks
- Building RAG pipelines, tool calling, and AI orchestration
- Designing evaluation frameworks to improve AI performance
- Working closely with backend and frontend engineers to ship production features
- Experimenting with the latest AI models and frameworks
- What They're Looking For
- Strong Python experience (Fast API or similar)
- Hands‑on experience building with LLMs in production
- Experience with RAG, tool calling, and agentic frameworks
- Strong SQL and data engineering fundamentals
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings
