Atarim is an AI-first, fast-growing, seed-stage company with a global footprint, low customer churn, and high NPS. We\βre revolutionising how creatives, agencies and teams collaborate on creative work through the first agentic creative team. It\βs GO time here at Atarim, and we\βre looking for a Product Manager who is ready to take the next big step in their career. In this role, you\βll not only manage product operations day-to-day, but also help define and shape the future of Atarim\βs product function. You will work directly with the CEO and founder, giving you unique visibility, ownership, and growth opportunities. This is an ideal role for a strong Product Manager who wants a clear pathway to grow into a Product Lead position. You will need to be passionate about design, AI, collaboration, and workflow optimization, and eager to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Product Function: Own Atarim\βs product vision, roadmap, and execution
- Strategic Partner to CEO: Collaborate directly with the founder on direction, priorities, and product bets
- Day-to-Day Operations:
- Run standups with engineering and design teams
- Drive sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Write and maintain ideation and product requirements docs
- Keep cross-team delivery aligned and on track
Requirements
- Demonstrable SaaS or B2B product management experience, with proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle
- Hands-on experience in running agile product operations (standups, sprints, backlog management, PRDs)
- Strong passion for design, collaboration, workflow tools, and AI
- Excellent communication skills for ideation docs, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment
- Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed startup environment, balancing strategy and execution
- Track record of ambition and ownership β ready to grow into a larger leadership role
Nice to Have
- Background in UI/UX or strong design sensibility
- Familiarity with developer tools and workflows (Laravel, React, APIs)
- Experience in agencies, web development, or digital collaboration tools
