A Senior Nail Technician with over 5 years of experience is responsible for providing high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, BIAB and nail art . This role involves:. . Client Consultation. Assessing clients' needs and recommending appropriate nail treatments.. Nail Services. Performing a variety of services, such as gel nails, BIAB and nail art, ensuring precision and creativity.. Hygiene Standards Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workspaces in compliance with health regulations.. Team Leadership Mentoring junior technicians, overseeing their work, and providing training when necessary.. Customer Care Building strong customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction.. . The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for the nail industry. Candidate must possess a good and happy attitude.
