9 Month Fixed Term Contract: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday - hybrid working.

2 days per week in Cardiff Office

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Function as well as the long-term strategy implementation.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, this role is key in driving brand visibility, supporting business growth and aligning marketing activity with company objectives, values and strategic themes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage our Hub Spot platform for tracking of all marketing activity, metrics and campaigns.
  • Copywriting content for owned channels. This may include blogs for the website, content for organic Linked In or any other owned channel.
  • Create, launch and measure client retention and upselling multi-channel campaigns.
  • Create, launch and measure multi-channel launch campaigns taking new products to market.
  • Own our ABM strategy for targeting ICP prospects.
  • Oversee internal communications ensuring all team members are up to date on comms and upcoming events/product launches.
  • Act as brand guardian ensuring all client/public facing collateral adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Management of the Atamis website. This includes uploading content, ensuring the website is kept up to date.
  • Qualify inbound leads to MQL and progress to the Business Development Team.
  • Work with Solutions Consultants to create and edit on-demand content such as Webinars.
  • Fully own and manage Atamis' AEO performance using Hub Spot AEO tooling.
  • Organise guests to appear on the Atamis podcast: Powering Procurement. Working with a third party supplier to edit and upload episodes.
  • Work with our PR Agency on creating press releases around new client wins or other industry updates.
  • Work with the Paid Ads partner to ensure Google Search and Linked In generate qualified inbound leads.
  • Work with the Sales & Marketing Director to manage the Marketing Budget.
  • Work with the Product Team to coordinate product launches.
  • Oversee and implement Atamis' Client Communication Strategy working closely with the Product Team on key updates.
  • Event sponsorship: Ensure all event collateral is prepared and sent to event organisers and act as key point of contact.

Previous use of Hub Spot or similar platform in a marketing capacity.

  • Previous use of Word Press Admin
  • Ability to use video editing software (preferably Adobe Premier Pro)
  • Ability to design branded collateral (preferably using Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Desireable
  • Previous use of Salesforce CRM
  • Previous experience within a Saas Marketing role
