Working in our Technical Services mobile team on a Major Retail contract with opportunities to support other Commercial and Residential contracts in our continually expanding division.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
  • Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
  • Ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.
  • Evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation.
  • Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota, on average 1 in 4 weeks.

Qualifications

  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Basic IT skills on handheld devices.
  • A craft qualification such as a recognised electrical apprenticeship (e.g., City & Guilds 2350 NVQ) or equivalent.
  • Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2.
  • Current wiring regulations qualification such as City & Guilds 2381‑18 Level 3 Award (18th Edition) and a valid, in‑date Grade card/CSCS card or equivalent qualification.
  • Inspection & Testing qualification such as City & Guilds 2391‑52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations.
  • Previous experience working within Facilities Management would be ideal.
