The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
Days of Working: Monday to Friday. Shift Pattern: 08:00am to 17:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to meet customer expectations.
- Complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly.
- Provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
- Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring contractors and their workmanship to ensure standards are met.
- Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract.
- Work safely at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and OCS H&S policy.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Electrician to City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition.
- Previous experience in Facilities Management is preferred.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Able to carry out basic IT tasks on handheld devices.
