The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

Days of Working: Monday to Friday. Shift Pattern: 08:00am to 17:00pm.

Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to meet customer expectations.
  2. Complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly.
  3. Provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
  4. Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring contractors and their workmanship to ensure standards are met.
  5. Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract.
  6. Work safely at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and OCS H&S policy.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Electrician to City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition.
  • Previous experience in Facilities Management is preferred.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Able to carry out basic IT tasks on handheld devices.
