Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out plumbing duties on site as required.
- Providing a technical engineering service with minimal supervision to the OCS FM client regarding mechanical servicing, repairs, maintenance, and installation.
- Undertaking the service and maintenance of other assets/trades that the individual is deemed competent to handle.
- Performing contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring contractors and their workmanship to ensure relevant standards are met.
- Evaluating performance and ensuring proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
