About The Role:
Shift Pattern: 5 in 7, including some weekends.
We are looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join the Facilities Engineering team at Legoland. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a large, dynamic team responsible for maintaining and servicing the resort’s air conditioning systems across multiple areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing of all air conditioning systems across the resort.
- Diagnose and repair faults on AC units and associated equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and relevant regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other engineers and departments to minimize downtime and maintain guest comfort.
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or similar role.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent).
- F‑Gas certification (essential).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing priorities.
Career Progression
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you’ll have access to structured training programmes to enhance technical skills and certifications. Opportunities to progress into Senior Engineer, Specialist HVAC Technician, or Facilities Supervisor roles.
