Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs across the site.
- Respond promptly to electrical faults and emergencies.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and electrical standards.
- Work collaboratively with the wider facilities and technical teams.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Perform Fabric Maintenance work onsite.
Hiring Criteria
- Previous experience working within Facilities Management would be ideal.
- Proven experience working in a commercial environment.
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Able to carry out basic IT tasks on handheld devices.
Essential Qualifications
- A craft qualification such as a recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent to City & Guilds 2350 NVQ.
- Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2.
- The current wiring regulations qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award (18th Edition).
- Valid and in‑date Grade card/CSCS Card.
Desirable Qualifications
- An Inspection & Testing qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations.
