Shift Pattern: 5 in 7, including some weekends.

We are looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join the Facilities Engineering team at Legoland. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a large, dynamic team responsible for maintaining and servicing the resort’s air conditioning systems across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing of all air conditioning systems across the resort.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on AC units and associated equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and relevant regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with other engineers and departments to minimize downtime and maintain guest comfort.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or similar role.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent).
  • F‑Gas certification (essential).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing priorities.
