About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to help with the running of various sites with clients. Managing a cleaning team’s recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of planned and periodic cleaning for a client. You will make sure we adhere to all health and safety procedures while maintaining the high standards. You will also carry out routine planned and periodic cleaning audits, deliver monthly training, monitor the standard of cleanliness and the use of materials and equipment, and monitor stocks as necessary. Any issues will be dealt with efficiently and professionally, referring to the line manager where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience and work with a large team, including cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals. Full training on COSHH will be carried out. The ideal candidate will have experience working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines, understand organisational goals and objectives, and demonstrate forward thinking with a positive can-do attitude. They will have good communication skills, be reliable and hardworking, and be able to work to a schedule on their own initiative.
Days of working: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 08:00am – 16:30pm
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and competency using IT equipment will also be required.

You will be required to attend face-to-face training sessions as well as virtual sessions and e-learning. This part of the role is vital and of equal importance to day-to-day aspects.
For the purposes of our van fleet insurance, you must have a minimum of 2 years driving experience with a full UK driving licence. You must be able to pass a disclosure for this role.
