Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service through enthusiasm and knowledge.
- Drive sales and provide high quality customer service by identifying customer needs and giving accurate advice.
- Deliver exclusive customer service through knowledge and inspiring customers.
- Build relationships with both trade and DIY customers.
- Generate new trade leads through telesales.
- Work as part of a team to maintain showroom stock levels and store appearance.
- Resolve customer queries following company procedures in a professional manner.
- Manual lifting when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in similar roles/environments (desirable).
- Experience in providing customer service.
