ATACOM, Inc. is a well‑respected manufacturer, distributor and retailer of building materials throughout the UK. We are looking for a passionate PR & Communications Executive to join our team and help promote our brands.

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging and unique content for offline and digital campaigns, ensuring communications meet objectives.
• Driving traffic and awareness to our brands through social media, blog writing, email campaigns and offline mediums.
• Maintaining ongoing communications through offline media and online platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Hootsuite, Mailchimp and Canva.
• Developing a communications schedule using Hootsuite and preparing relevant content in advance.
• Drafting strong and engaging copy for press releases, websites, editorials, blogs, forums, company news and literature.
• Building a network of media and influencer contacts.
• Researching, creating and updating our websites with company stories, case studies, blogs and more.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in PR or communications.
• Able to demonstrate high‑quality written content for a variety of mediums.
• Strong creative writing skills and ability to write quickly and creatively for press releases, editorials and posts.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Solutions‑focused with a positive attitude and a hunger to develop and progress.
• Strong time‑management skills – able to work under pressure on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Clear understanding of PR and communications with a desire to further develop your career in this field.
