Role Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service and experiences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through your enthusiasm, excellent sales service and product knowledge
  • Confidently engaging with customers and team members
  • Working as part of a team to maintain showroom stock levels and store appearance
  • Resolving customer queries following Company procedures in a professional manner
  • Generating new trade leads
  • Manual lifting when required
  • You must be able to work as part of a team and be flexible to cover store open hours and weekends and bank holidays

Requirements For Retail Sales Assistant

  • Previous experience in a similar trade/retail role
  • Experience in providing customer service to the general public is essential
  • Friendly, helpful and confident with an engaging personality
  • Previous experience in bathroom and tile sales is preferred
  • You will be comfortable with dealing with a variety of customer situations in a professional manner
