Overview
A technical position providing exceptional proactive and reactive service engineering works for clients. The role is responsible for the accurate onsite fault finding and servicing of a range of Audio Visual hardware and software solutions for commercial clients throughout the UK. The FSE's undertake PPM visits to clients under contracts and train end users at such visits, where required.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring a prompt, and appropriate response to all client requests for assistance/support, working to defined SLAs and within contractual timeframes.
- Accurate diagnoses and remedies of faults with AV systems onsite at client sites primarily based in London.
- Diagnoses and rectifying faults to ensure that AV systems and equipment are fully functional and that equipment and system downtime are kept to a minimum.
- Provides PPM and reactive maintenance together with upgrades in line with the client’s requirements.
- Produces client reports.
- Uploading files to processors, touch panels and applications along with making minor programming changes.
- Works with audio DSPs.
