We are seeking Bid Coordinators to join a fast-paced technology and AV solutions team. This role is key to delivering high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals, supporting business growth across enterprise clients. The Bid Coordinator will manage end-to-end bid activity, ensuring timelines are met, content is accurate, and stakeholders are fully engaged throughout the process. Experience creating and tailoring presentations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full bid process, from opportunity qualification to submission
  • Develop bid timelines, compliance checklists, and action plans to meet deadlines
  • Track progress, escalate risks or delays, and maintain accountability across the team
  • Support and guide other bid team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist the Bid Manager in balancing workloads and concurrent deadlines
  • Draft, edit, and refine proposal responses for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with requirements
  • Ensure all submissions comply with client specifications, evaluation criteria, and company standards
  • Tailor standard content, case studies, and CVs for each opportunity
  • Conduct compliance and quality checks, escalating issues as needed

Experience

  • Proven experience coordinating bids, proposals, or tender submissions
  • Experience of putting together presentations is essential
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and able to anticipate challenges
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
