Our client is one of the UK's premier manufacturers, recognised as a market leader in their field. With a turnover of over £1 billion, they supply top-tier products to all major supermarkets and offer both own label and branded items.

The business has grown significantly, both organically and through strategic acquisitions. Currently, they are expanding their engineering team to support their continued success, with a strong focus on internal and external training and development.

As a result, they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager with immediate effect. The Maintenance Manager will have full responsibility for leading and developing an established team of engineers. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing third-party contractors, and supporting projects with your technical expertise.

  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing asset reliability
  • Ensuring compliance with audits and PPMs through accurate data recording via a CMMS database
  • Managing third-party contractors and setting clear expectations for their work
  • Assisting with short and long-term engineering projects, providing technical insights
  • Managing team performance through KPIs and regular reviews
  • Building strong working relationships across technical, production, hygiene, and H&S teams
