The Maintenance Manager will have full responsibility for leading and developing an established team of engineers. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing third-party contractors, and supporting projects with your technical expertise.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing asset reliability
- Ensuring compliance with audits and PPMs through accurate data recording via a CMMS database
- Managing third-party contractors and setting clear expectations for their work
- Assisting with short and long-term engineering projects, providing technical insights
- Managing team performance through KPIs and regular reviews
- Building strong working relationships across technical, production, hygiene, and H&S teams
