The Role
The Maintenance Manager will have full responsibility for leading and developing an established team of engineers. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing third-party contractors, and supporting projects with your technical expertise.

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of engineers
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing asset reliability
  • Ensuring compliance with audits and PPMs through accurate data recording via a CMMS database
  • Managing third-party contractors and setting clear expectations for their work
  • Assisting with short and long-term engineering projects, providing technical insights
  • Identifying and driving cost-saving initiatives across the site
