You will have a demonstrable background in the successful leadership of a manufacturing business, ideally in complex and involved technologies for stringent and demanding customer applications. We seek an intelligent and agile leader with an active approach to problem solving and process improvement.
The role entails significant involvement with both the supplier and customer community, therefore strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills are essential for both internal and external effectiveness.
You are most likely to have evolved your career through the operational and manufacturing route, ideally having absorbed and implemented many modern methodologies and practices aimed at driving operational excellence and business improvement. You will be a charismatic and rounded leader capable of engendering an effective, efficient and valued team.
